Pregnant Katherine Schwarzenegger hilariously reacts to her mom Maria Shriver’s embarrassing adoration of Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio
No matter how old children get, they can still be embarrassed by their parents.
Such was the case for mom-to-be Katherine Schwarzenegger on Monday, who commented on her own mother Maria Shriver’s somewhat salacious meme on Instagram.
Shriver, 64, took to the social media photo-sharing platform with a beguiling photo of Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt sitting in a convertible, with a caption above them saying, ‘They came to pick me up, but I was strong & I told them I’m staying home.’

And in her own caption alongside the post, the broadcast journalist and ex-wife of Arnold Schwarzenegger playfully wrote, ‘”What would you do?” I mean, c’mon, do you have to ask?! I’d go as fast as I could! You? #stayhomestaysafe’
Evidently, Maria’s very public display of affection for the handsome movie stars mortified her 30-year-old daughter Katherine, who simply commented, ‘Omg mom’.
Not to be deterred, Shriver continued the joke, replying to her daughter’s embarrassment with more fuel for the fire.

Katherine, Maria’s eldest daughter with Arnold, certainly has a close relationship with her mother, as the pair are often seen out together – even during this time of social distancing and isolation.
They were spotted taking a stroll together with their dogs as recently as Friday, the same day the news surfaced that Schwarzenegger is expecting her first child with her actor husband, Chris Pratt.

Both mother and daughter looked content on their walk with the pooches, with Maria at one point smiling and laughing as her daughter kept talking.
Maria has also been seen on outings since, smiling and aglow amid the happy news that she will be a grandmother.
And while this is Katherine’s first baby, the Guardians of the Galaxy star, 40 is also dad to son Jack, whom he shares with his ex-wife Anna Faris.
