The actress, 74, danced and jumped on a trampoline while listening to Dua Lipa’s song Physical.

Goldie captioned the clip: ‘My crazy @mindup mindful movement for today. Dance, jump and twirl like nobody’s watching.’

On Sunday, daughter Kate Hudson, 41, shared a snap of her as a toddler with mom Goldie in honor of Mother’s Day; she wrote alongside the black and white image: ‘To my mom who clearly let me keep my baba way past the age I was supposed to… thank you! Thank you for letting me wear my dress at this airport. Thank you for basically letting us do what we want and not really caring about playing by anybody else’s “rules.”‘
