Jennifer Garner took a break from her home quarantine on Tuesday to take her youngest daughter to a birthday party.
The 48-year-old actress and her daughter Seraphina, 11, were careful to observe social distancing, so they were only able to park her Lexus outside the home in Los Angeles’ Pacific Palisades neighborhood.
Though they kept their distance, she also brought along a mask for her daughter so she could safely chat with her friends from a distance.

Jennifer kept her look casual for the friendly gathering with a simple long sleeve black shirt with the sleeves scrunched up.
She showcased her toned legs in a pair of black leggings and wore some comfortable gray athletic shoes.
The 5ft8in Love, Simon actress had her brunette locks parted down the middle and pulled back into a low-slung bun, and she blocked out the sun with a pair of dark sunglasses.

After Jennifer opened her door to shout over to the birthday party, Seraphina stood up through the sun roof, before climbing out to sit on the car’s roof while sipping on a beverage.
As they chatted with her friends from a distance, the Alias star walked around the car to hand her daughter a blue mask for a safer conversation.

Though Seraphina was with her mother today, the kids spend half their time with their father Ben Affleck, 47.
The Way Back actor has recently been dating Knives Out star Ana de Armas, 32, though she hasn’t yet been introduced to the children.
Us Weekly reported Monday that she had been impressed with how well the exes have managed to co-parent.
‘Ana thinks Ben is such a sweet and nice guy. [She] admires how he juggles so much between work, his kids and co-parenting with Jen,’ a source said.
Ben ‘splits his time [between Ana and his family] and, as always, the kids are the most important thing in his life,’ they continued.
The insider also noted that the Hollywood star ‘always makes sure he has time for [Ana] and that she is number one.’
