The new season of Big Brother is set to premiere on Seven on Monday.
And now a strict new sleeping rule that the housemates must follow has been revealed.
It was announced on Instagram on Saturday that Big Brother decides when the contestants sleep and that napping during the day is banned.

‘Big Brother decides when the housemates can snooze and that means no daytime power naps,’ the caption read.
It was also declared in the short teaser: ‘Sleeping during the day is prohibited.’
On Thursday, the show’s Instagram page also revealed the lights will remain on until Big Brother decides that it’s time to sleep.

‘No light switches here! Big Brother controls when the lights go on and off, as well as when the housemates sleep. Let’s hope no one snores,’ the caption said.
Earlier this week, it was revealed housemates’ shower time is limited to just 60 minutes of water per day divided between 20 people.
After working out that this means each contestant gets just three minutes of water at the start of the season (that is, if they split the time equally) fans have debated whether or not this is sufficient.

‘Nooo! You can’t do that!!! Ewww!’ one fan wrote on Instagram on Thursday.
‘F**k that! 20 mins for me, they can sort out the rest,’ another person commented.
However, one viewer said three minutes in the shower was plenty, adding: ‘Mate, I only do two.’
According to the Murray–Darling Basin Authority, the average Australian showers for seven minutes each day, using 55 litres of water.

Meanwhile, father-of-three Shane Vincent, 39, doesn’t seem concerned about using more than three minutes of water.
The new Big Brother house’s bathroom offers contestants no privacy, with multiple showers all in a row and separated only by small glass panels.
The shower section of the bathroom is next to four toilet cubicles, several communal sinks, stainless steel towel racks and several mirrors.
