And the 48-year-old has since revealed the secrets behind maintaining his impressive eight-pack abs that he’s had since he was 17!

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia last week, Soobong said he trains like a Ninja Warrior for 1.5 hours daily and regularly fasts for 16 hours per day.

Soobong’s Instagram feed is littered with videos from obstacle gyms, where he performs a range of physically demanding exercises.

‘I usually train about an hour and a half every day, but I listen to my body all the time, and when my body says “oh, less for today”, I go less, which means an hour,’ he said.

Since his eviction, which aired on Wednesday, the delivery driver has returned to living in his van parked outside of his local gym.

Soobong says his training is inspired by Ninja Warrior, and includes working every muscle of his body.

‘It’s everywhere, from finger tips to toes, left, right, up and down, front and back, every movement! Being a ninja, we don’t expect a certain portion of body part, we are expecting every body part to work in harmony,’ he explained.

Last year, after three years of applications, Soobong got to trial the Ninja Warrior Australia course for Channel Nine.

Unfortunately, he failed his run on an early obstacle and it didn’t make it to air.

‘I want to come back as a super cool Ninja,’ he said of his intentions to reapply for the next series.

'I usually have two meals a day, I don't usually have snacks in between, just water': Soobong, who is a father of three, also spoke of his diet and regularly fasting

‘I usually have two meals a day, I don’t usually have snacks in between, just water.’

The reality TV star said he fasts for 16 hours, having his first meal at midday or 1pm, and his second meal around 8pm.

‘I work out hard and do the everyday activities, and it’s fine for me. I don’t lose weight, I only gain power,’ he said.
