Liam Hemsworth’s model girlfriend Gabriella Brooks looks cosy with his mother

Hollywood actor Liam Hemsworth’s family reportedly had a frosty relationship with his ex-wife, pop singer Miley Cyrus.  

But that looks not to be the case with his current model girlfriend Gabriella Brooks – with Leonie appearing besotted with her possible daughter-in-law.  

Gabriella and Leonie certainly looked like they had struck up a close relationship as they went for lunch with the rest of the family in Byron Bay on Monday. 

Gabriella looked worlds away from her model poses as she warmly put her arm around Leonie while the pair stood outside trendy eatery, Rae’s on Wategos.  

The two women happily chatted at the restaurant, and were unable to contain their  delight as they hung close together.   

Gabriella attended the luncheon alongside Liam and his older brothers, Westworld actor Luke, 38, and Thor star Chris, 36, and their wives. 

The brunette model looked stylish for the outing in a white singlet which she paired with loose-fitting maroon pants and burnt orange boots. 

She accessorised with a wool cardigan which had ‘NY’ emblazoned on it. She finished the outfit with a lime green tote. 

Gabriella opted to flaunt her flawless visage with little make-up while wearing her long brunette tresses down.

Leonie also proved herself to be a style maven by wearing snakeskin pants, a white top and olive coat. She finished her outfit with tan boots.

Liam’s family had a widely-reported frosty relationship with his ex-wife, pop star Miley Cyrus, 27. 

Following their final split, The Sun reported his family were begging him to ‘cut off all contact’ with the Can’t Be Tamed songstress. 

Liam and Gabriella were first spotted together in Byron Bay in mid-December, during a lunch date with his parents.

Now six months into their relationship, they are continuing to go from strength-to-strength, according to a recent report by Us Weekly.

‘He feels more at home with Gabriella than he did with Miley [Cyrus] and feels like he can be his complete self without any drama,’ a source previously told the publication.

‘Gabriella helped Liam boost his confidence and played an encouraging role in his life after his split with Miley.

Leonie and Craig were apparently thrilled their son is dating another Australian, according to OK! Magazine this year.   

‘Liam’s family is so taken by Gabby, they think Liam has made a very solid choice,’ a source previously told the magazine.
