‘Michelle is extremely fit and definitely stronger than me in a few areas – I’m not saying she can lift more weights, but she can do a plank longer, she’s better at squatting, and she’s got a cracking set of abs,’ Mark said.

‘I think every man and every woman can’t believe their luck when it comes to their partner, that’s why they married them, because they love them, so yeah, I am a very happy man.’

The presenter added: ‘Lockdown has allowed us to be in our home a lot more, we’ve been at home with our dogs and that is definitely a positive I’m taking out of lockdown. ‘

Mark said lockdown has allowed him ‘live in the moment and enjoy it’.

The couple, who have been married for five years, previously had to have a long distance relationship.

Michelle worked in South Africa for long periods for the BBC drama Our Girl, while Mark had filming commitments in Los Angeles.

Now both back in the U.K, Mark said he has decided to use lockdown to focus on his main passion, which is fitness.

The reality star has had a slew of celebrities join him in his daily workouts, including Mo Farrah, Amanda Holden and James Argent.

Mark’s compliments about Michele’s physique comes after she thanked him for keeping her in shape during lockdown.

The actress wowed in a gym selfie on Sunday night, as she revealed she’s been following her husband’s workout regime.

‘I’ve been doing Train Wright workouts for weeks now,’ she told her fans, referring to husband Mark’s lockdown business venture with his brother Josh.

‘Thanks for keeping me motivated during this time. Now for the 30 day plan…’

Mark and his football player brother Josh started live workouts on their Instagram pages during the coronavirus lockdown, with Mark teaming up with a series of celebrities as well as his family.

On Sunday, the pair launched the Train Wright website, revealing: ‘Over the past 3 months we’ve trained hundreds of thousands of people as well as celebrities like Tyson Fury, John Terry, Amanda Holden and Pixie Lott with our vigorous home workouts, live on Instagram and Youtube.’

‘Thankfully things look as though they are starting to return to normal but that also means that Josh and I don’t have as much time on our hands and can’t do lives every day for our amazing community!’

‘We’ve been so overwhelmed with your responses to our workouts that we couldn’t just stop, so we’ve worked with our team to set up #TrainWright.’

The platform provides training tips and nutrition advice alongside the workouts, and could see Mark raking in millions.

It was reported earlier this month that Mark and Michelle are reportedly set to become multi-millionaires after they registered two companies Train Wright and Mysa Active on May 22.

Both businesses are reportedly documented as ‘physical well-being activities’ with Mysa Active registered as the ‘retail sale of clothing in specialised stores’, claims The Sun.

Mark is said to be worth £9.1 million, thanks to his TOWIE days, property portfolio and Heart FM work, while Michelle has a net worth of £2.7 million due to her work on Coronation Street, Our Girl and now Brassic.
