Keira Maguire looks VERY different in new Bachelor in Paradise trailer after lip filler issue

Keira Maguire has had a makeover for her shock return to Bachelor in Paradise. 

The 34-year-old has lost her distinct pout in the trailer for the third season of the reality show. 

In a new trailer, her lips look significantly more natural than they during on her previous appearance. 

The blonde has spent around $35,000 on plastic surgery since her appearance on The Bachelor in 2016.

Last year, she revealed the one treatment she will ‘never be able to live down’, after it left her with a botched pout ahead of her Bachelor in Paradise debut. 

Speaking to News.com.au, the beauty recalled her lip filler nightmare in late 2017 that saw her injected with eight times the amount of filler she had wanted.

Keira revealed that she had specifically asked for a ‘a quarter of a millilitre’ of filler to be injected into her lips, as she wanted to keep a ‘natural’ look.

After her first injections, Keira complained that one part of her lip looked ‘deflated’. In order to correct this, the beautician ended up using two millilitres of filler instead.

‘It’s eight times more than what I would normally get, which is absolutely ridiculous,’ she said.   

She had booked herself in for the treatment just two weeks before filming began for Bachelor in Paradise’s first season in late 2017. 

Despite being reassured that the swelling of her lips would go down, Keira says this didn’t happen and, as a result, she felt insecure about her appearance during filming.

After filming Bachelor in Paradise, Keira had the fillers dissolved, but the process left her lips ‘black’ and she was forced to stay indoors for three days.
