She relocated from Sydney to Melbourne earlier this year to live with her then-boyfriend and Married At First Sight’ co-star, Michael Goonan.
But after breaking up last week, KC Osborne documented her ‘painful goodbye’ as she bid farewell to the city she’d called home for five months.
In footage shared to Instagram on Monday night, the 31-year-old dancer looked downcast as she leaned against the plane’s window seat before departure.

KC appeared to be taking safety measures to limit the spread of COVID-19, as she was wearing a face mask over her nose and mouth.
After arriving home in Sydney, the reality star shared a photo of herself cuddling up with her dog.

KC’s heartbreak comes after she announced her split from Michael, 28, on Saturday.
The brunette bombshell shared a lengthy and emotional post on Instagram, revealing details about the break-up.

‘It hurts my heart to write this,’ her post began. ‘It’s with sadness that I have chosen to end my relationship with Michael.’
KC explained they had been together for five months, but that their time living together in lockdown ‘felt like a lifetime while isolating’.
She continued: ‘I packed my bags and moved in with him with hopes this would be my forever.’

But it wasn’t meant to be, and KC said she wished Michael nothing but the best.
She added cryptically: ‘It’s not my place to talk personally about Michael, however I do hope Michael makes some changes as I will always believe in his potential and wish blessings on his life.’
Meanwhile, Michael told Daily Mail Australia he was a ‘workaholic’ and hadn’t been able to give ‘KC the time she deserves’.
‘Since the show finished I’ve been really focused on work and so much of my time has been heavily invested into my business,’ he added.
