Bachelor in Paradise fans label Ciarran Stott a ‘player’ after he gets into bed with Abbie Chatfield

Abbie Chatfield went on Bachelor in Paradise in the hopes of finding love, exclusively with Ciarran Stott.  

At the end of the premiere episode, Ciarran, 26, cuddled up with Abbie in bed, which led the 25-year-old fan favourite to believe he was interested in her. 

But the Brit’s attention was actually split across multiple women, as he also spent time on the first night with Cassandra Mamone and Janey Birks, too. 

‘Ciarran, he was in bed with me all night. Do you know what I mean?’ Abbie said in a cutaway interview.

Before adding: ‘Jesus Christ. And he’s such a naughty boy. Like, he’s just so clearly a naughty boy. 

‘Obviously I don’t want to be perceived as this competitive aggressive b***h. But I think he’s mine now.’ 

But it turned out Ciarran saw Abbie as his second choice. 

‘Unfortunately I didn’t get a kiss from Cass today, so, yeah, why not pursue something with Abbie?’ Ciarran bluntly explained.   

Fans were shocked by the British hunk’s personality shift after his charming portrayal on Angie Kent’s season of The Bachelorette, with many labeling him a ‘player’ and ‘trashy’. 

‘I’m sorry but I don’t like Ciarran. His British charm isn’t enough to cover the fact that he’s a cheating sleazebag,’ one fan wrote. 

Another added: ‘Also uh can we talk about Ciarran? He didn’t get a kiss from Cass so he went to Abbie? I hope he’s not this trashy all season.’ 

‘You can tell Ciarran is such a player. While Abbie knows what she wants, Ciarran is hunting his surrounds before going to Abbie knowing she is his booty call,’ a third said. 

‘I grew to like Ciarran [last] season [of The Bachelorette],’ another admitted, before adding: ‘Now knowing how much of a playboy he his, I don’t feel that a girl he finds here would last.’
