Maya Jama was in good company as she dined out on Saturday evening, shortly after reflecting on her split with former boyfriend Stormzy.

The Peter Crouch: Save our Summer co-host was accompanied by a group of pals during an animated appearance at London restaurant STK.

Seemingly in high spirits, Maya, 25, was seen waving her arms in the air as she laughed and joked with one male friend while occupying a busy table inside the popular Strand venue.

With music blaring, the presenter held her champagne glass aloft while taking pictures and chatting to her group.

Maya had already caught the eye after stepping out in a stylish over-sized shirt and form-fitting black PVC cycling shorts.

She added to her look with a pair of colourful strappy heels, while a simple black leather handbag rounded things off.

The appearance comes after Maya spoke candidly about the end of her relationship with grime star Stormzy with the TTYA Talks podcast.

She said: ‘I was in a relationship for nearly five years and I’ve had a new lease of excitement.

‘I don’t allow myself to be down in the dumps about things that are out of my control like my break up. I’m one of those hard, nutty people — I’ve been through worse.’

Last month, the TV and radio star hit back at fans who ‘hyper sexualised’ her body after she wore a plunging dress on Peter Crouch’s Saturday evening show.

The broadcaster took to her social media platform after one viewer admitted to feeling ‘awkward’ at seeing her cleavage on display.

Maya wrote: ‘I appreciate your concern. I am able and allowed to dress how I please. We’re all fighting for equality and similar treatment to our male counterparts.

‘Don’t let the side down by hyper sexualising my bod. If you’re uncomfortable with my boobs that’s on you.’

The media personality also shamed a troll who called her ‘ridiculously obese’ as she said ‘please focus on your own vitamin intake’.

The radio presenter, who has been co-hosting the show with former footballer Peter and Alex Horne, told her followers: ‘Sometimes I retweet trolls not for sympathy or for you guys to get at them but just to remind you that people are MAD on here…

‘And more time if someones gone out the way to be mean to a stranger unprovoked it’s a reflection on them not you, i laugh at it now cause I’m used to it’. (sic)
