Studio 10’s Kerri-Anne Kennerley reveals her TERRIFYING face mask

Studio 10 host Kerri-Anne Kennerley has shown off her rather unique face mask.

She pulled out her unusual face covering on Tuesday as the panel discussed how panic buying in Melbourne had resulted in severe shortages of masks.

Kerri-Anne, who is based in Sydney, said that all states and territories should make it compulsory to wear face masks in public to limit the spread of coronavirus, before injecting a little humour into the situation.

‘Should we all as a precaution be wearing a face mask?’ Kerri-Anne asked her co-hosts Sarah Harris, Joe Hildebrand and Angela Bishop.

‘Because I’ve got myself prepared,’ she added while pulling out a spooky mask from under the desk.

Much to the delight of the panel, Kerri-Ann covered her whole head with the Ghostface mask, which was made famous by the ’90s slasher film Scream. 

‘That is scientifically proven to deliver the LOLs,’ Joe said as the hosts burst into laughter.

Face masks will become mandatory across Melbourne and Mitchell Shire from 11:59 on Wednesday in a bid to stop the spread of COVID-19 across the city.

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews announced the drastic new measure on Sunday as the state recorded another 363 cases and three more deaths from the infectious respiratory disease. 

Kerri-Anne is known for adding humour – and sometimes controversy – to the Studio 10 panel. 

In May, she shared a vintage photo of herself dressed as rock icon Suzi Quatro.

The former Middays host posed in a stylish leather pantsuit, which she teamed with a gold belt and a matching handbag.
