She’s gearing up to begin filming in Byron Bay for her new Hulu series Nine Perfect Strangers. 

And Nicole Kidman, 53, was spotted in Sydney boarding a private jet bound for the New South Wales coastal town on Tuesday.  

Before jetting off into the sunset, Nicole shared a sweet parting moment with her husband-of-14-years Keith Urban, 52.

Sitting in the front seat of a luxurious black sedan, the couple shared a lingering goodbye kiss before Nicole stepped out and made her way to the aircraft. 

Nicole rugged up from the winter chill in a black beanie with a matching jumper.

Choosing not to wear a face mask, the Academy Award winner cheerily greeted several high-vis clad staff as she made her way down the tarmac.

The Big Little Lies star was then seen making her way up the steps of the jet. 

While Nicole is busy with her new project, Keith will reportedly be based in Sydney with their two daughters Sunday Rose, 12, and Faith Margaret, nine. 

Filming begins this week and will run for 19 weeks.

Nine Perfect Strangers is based on Liane Moriarty’s bestseller of the same name.  

The story follows nine stressed-out urbanites who escape to a wellness retreat run by Nicole’s character. 

Last month, Nicole Kidman told The Daily Telegraph, that she’s ‘thrilled’ to be able to bring the $100 million production and hundreds of jobs to the local film industry after it was sent crashing down by the coronavirus pandemic.

‘It is a great opportunity for me to give back to the community that nurtured me through so much of my career,’ she said.

The limited series is being produced by Nicole’s production company Blossom Films, alongside Big Little Lies collaborators Bruna Papandrea (Big Little Lies, Gone Girl) and David E. Kelley. 

Nicole will also star in the series alongside an A-list Hollywood cast including Melissa, Luke Evans and Manny Jacinto.
