She’s is known as the curly-haired Aussie songstress who famously starred in the short-lived pop group Scandal’us.

But on Thursday, Tamara Jaber looked a little different when she posed up for a racy bikini selfie she posted on Instagram. 

The 38-year-old ex-wife of radio shock jock Kyle Sandilands was almost unrecognisable as she showed off her very plump pout and flawless visage while enjoying a relaxing break in Palm Springs, California.

In the racy image, the brunette beauty wore a red and pink bikini and appeared to have just taken a dip. 

She also wore a bright red lip, dewy foundation and lashings of mascara. 

‘Birthday selfie, Palm Springs,’ Tamara captioned the sizzling post.

‘I had no idea! I’m looking at the style and I’m like [sigh] “those eyebrows”,’ she told The Morning Show. 

‘I cringe because when I look at myself I see someone that was confident on the outside but not on the inside, always wanting to fit in.

‘Now I look at myself and don’t care and am happy to be me.’ 

The Sydney-born star rose to stardom on Popstars in 2001 and went on to join short-lived pop band Scandal’us. 

Following their disbandment in 2002, Tamara tried her luck with a solo career before joining girl group Scarlett Belle in 2007.

In 2012, she relaunched her solo career after moving to Los Angeles and appeared on TV shows Dancing With the Stars and Drama Queen.

She now lives with her lawyer boyfriend in San Francisco.
