Miley Cyrus was spotted rocking a funky ensemble while stepping for a mother daughter date in New York City on Friday.
The 27-year-old and her mom Tish walked arm-in-arm together as they headed out of a swanky Manhattan hotel dressed in trendy coats for the start of fall.

Cyrus was barely recognizable as she stepped out donning a bold look that obscured her entire pretty face.
The rockstar covered her retro platinum colored mullet with a tall black wide brimmed hat positioned slightly askew on her head along with a large pair of modern reflective sunglasses and a black mask.
She sported a long wool statement coat in vibrant red over a simple white T-shirt and gunmetal silk trousers. And, on her feet Miley opted for a unique pair of crocodile platforms.
Tish Cyrus, 53, linked arms with her daughter and kept things country star chic in cowboy boots, jeans, a rocker tee and a leather motorcycle jacket.

Miley’s recent nod to vintage style is reflective of her current musical vibe which has been embracing the sounds of the 1970s and 1980s in her forthcoming seventh studio album She Is Miley Cyrus.
The lead single, Midnight Sky, was dropped last month along with a psychedelically stylized music video.
