The Block 2020 homes are officially put on the market

They’ve spent the last few weeks renovating homes in front of a national audience.

And as The Block nears the end of its 2020 season, all of the homes have now officially gone on Melbourne’s property market.

According to Domain, each Brighton property has an asking price of between $3.2million to $3.4million, which is well above the suburb’s median house price of $2,617,500.

The final products! The Block 2020 homes have officially hit the market, with the properties expected to sell at auction for up to $3.4MILLION

The listings for each home are now live on the Domain website, and give potential buyers a glimpse into the finished rooms.

The galleries only show the rooms that have been unveiled on the Nine show so far.
