Upon seeing the hurt rider sprawled on his back, the 36-year-old Triple Frontier star pulled over to tend to the victim, who was involved in an accident in Los Angeles.
After swiftly running over, the heroic hunk could be seen introducing himself and waiting for medical assistance to arrive, as the Nerve actress remained in the car.

While the extent of the motorcyclist’s injuries were unclear, Hedlund crouched down next to the man, who was still wearing his helmet and a pair of black leather gloves.
As he provided his support, the Minnesota-born actor looked every inch a real-life superhero in a plaid flannel, white tank and black jeans on Saturday.
The soon-to-be father also sported a grey beanie and black sunglasses, as he spoke with other witnesses, before returning to his vehicle.
