And Myleene Klass proved she is putting in the hours as she was spotted hitting the rink with her partner Łukasz Różycki, 40, on Wednesday.
The former pop star, 42, was ready for action as she sported an Adidas hoodie and skin-tight leggings while zipping around the ice with the pro.

Myleene, who is mum to daughters Ava, 13, and Hero, nine, and son Apollo, 14 months, was showcasing her ever-honed skills while zipping around.
She wore her hair in loose waves falling over her shoulder and went for a natural make-up look for her day of gruelling training.
Last month, Myleene admitted that she is struggling with Dancing On Ice training after learning some of her celebrity co-stars are already learning to jump.
Her admission came shortly after she shared a video of her getting a coronavirus test on the ice, as the cast are undergoing weekly tests before they begin filming.

The multi-talented mother-of-three has been squeezing in her training – recently revealing she was at the rink late at night as it was the only spare time.
Myleene shared a video of Lukasz, helping her on with her skates at the deserted Alexandra Palace ice rink in north London.
She also urged her followers not to ‘put their money’ on her. Other stars confirmed for the show include Billie Faiers, Becky Vardy, Faye Brookes and Jason Donovan.
