Brian Austin Green is spotted running errands in Malibu after social media drama

Brian Austin Green stepped out in Malibu on Friday after thanking fans for ‘being supportive’ after his estranged wife Megan Fox hit out at him on social media.

On Sunday, the actor, 47, had posted a Halloween photo with their son Journey, four, in it and Megan, 34, accused him of using them for clout to look like the ‘eternally dedicated dad of the year’.

Brian failed to raise a smile as he  headed food shopping with the star wearing a black face mask with the Rolling Stones logo on the front as he headed into the store.

The father-of-three kept it casual in some dark jeans and a grey t-shirt which showed off his many tattoos.

The outing came after Brian thanked his fans for their support after estranged wife Megan Fox put him on blast for trying to brand her as an ‘absent mother’.

The Beverly Hills, 90210 actor shared a two-minute video to his Instagram Thursday, captioning the clip: ‘Wednesday. ‘Life at home while the kids are at school: :)’.

In the clip he tended to his chickens, while telling his followers: ‘I wanted to thank everyone who’s come on my page and been supportive of everything. It’s extremely kind and really appreciated.’

He went on to talk about the election a bit, saying: ‘In the US we’re waiting for the results now. biting my nails a lot.’

Ending the message, the actor reminded people to ‘Be kind to each other. love each other.’

Brian, who shares sons Noah Shannon, eight, Bodhi Ransom, six, and Journey River, four with Megan, seemed to be addressing his recent personal troubles.

The Transformers actress called out her husband for posting a Halloween photo that included Journey’s face and trying to make it look like she was ‘an absent mother.’

‘Why does Journey have to be in this picture? It’s not hard to crop them out. Or choose photos that they aren’t in,’ she wrote under the now-deleted post.

‘I had a great halloween with them yesterday, and yet notice how absent they are from my social media. I know you love your kids. But I don’t know why you can’t stop using them to posture [sic] via Instagram,’ Fox went on.

‘You’re so intoxicated with feeding the pervasive narrative that I’m an absent mother, and you are the perennial, eternally dedicated dad of the year.

‘You have them half of the time,’ she said. ‘Congratulations you truly are a remarkable human! Why do you need the internet to echo back to you what should be inexhaustibly evident in the way your children love you?’

Green’s other ex Vanessa Marcil, 52, subtly supported Fox in her own note shared on Instagram on Monday.

Marcil, who shares son Kassius Lijah, 18, with Brian, posted a screenshot of her Apple iPhone notepad with the words: ‘Like I said….The Truth always comes out in the end….’

As if she didn’t make apparent support for Megan clear she teamed the post with the hashtag: ‘#ImWithYouSister.’

Fox and Green tied the knot in 2010. Fox filed for divorce in 2015 but they pair got back together a year later. It wasn’t until 2019 that they dismissed the petition for divorce.

Brian and Megan announced they had split for good back in May. Megan has now moved on with actor and rapper Machine Gun Kelly.
