‘Where was her name?’ Caroline Flack is left off Royal Variety Performance’s memoriam tributes leaving viewers confused as to why she ‘didn’t qualify’

Viewers of the Royal Variety Performance were left confused on Tuesday night when the late TV star Caroline Flack was not included in their memoriam list.

While the likes of Des O’Connor, Bobby Ball and Dame Vera Lynn were all honoured, Caroline’s name was absent, leaving some to question why she did not ‘qualify’.

The Love Island host died by suicide in February aged 40 in the run up to her trial for the alleged assault of her boyfriend Lewis Burton.

Shocked viewers of the Royal Variety Performance, hosted by Jason Manford, 39, took to Twitter to question why Caroline wasn’t included.

They wrote: ‘@RoyalVariety. Where was Caroline flack on the memories of stars that passed away this year?’
