Coleen looked stunning in the snap as she went make-up free alongside her boys, who looked to be having a wonderful time in the shot.

She wrote: ‘Happy New Year from me and my NYE dates. I wish you all Health and Happiness for 2021. Let’s hope next year we can all safely party, dance, kiss, cuddle and bring in the New Year together with our friends and family.’

Earlier in the week, several parts of England were hit with a downpour earlier this week with Britain expecting up to six inches of snow.

And Coleen made sure she made the most of the snowy weather with her four sons as they posed for a sweet snap on Wednesday.

Coleen opted for a red and blue gingham patterned padded jacket which she accessorised with a beige knitted headband.

The mother-of-four appeared in great spirits as she posed for a sweet photo with the boys in front of a snowman they had built.

Coleen left her brunette locks loose and appeared to go makeup-free, showing of her radiant beauty.

She captioned the festive snap with: ‘Snow days’ followed by a series of ice emojis.

Klay and Kit wore navy and red Gucci jumpers while Cass looked adorable in a blue and cream knitted polo shirt.

The post comes after Rebekah Vardy, 38, hinted that they could finally end their WAG war soon in a new interview.

The Dancing On Ice star – who was accused by Coleen, of leaking false stories about her personal life to the media last year – has insisted the new year could ‘potentially’ see them resolve their differences.

The mother-of-five has vehemently denied the accusations and is suing Wayne Rooney’s spouse for damages for libel in a £1million High Court case.

On making amends with the former columnist, the I’m A Celebrity star said in last week’s edition of Hello! magazine: ‘The new year could potentially see a resolution between us. I’m pretty sure the public are sick of reading about it, too.’

Earlier this month, it was revealed that Becky accused Coleen of sending a chilling message.

The TV star has claimed Coleen wrote: ‘If you play games with me, I will play them harder,’ and that she dragged two more celebrities into her ‘Wagatha Christie’ war, according to new court documents.

The extraordinary claims came as Rebekah’s legal team lodged a robust reply to Coleen’s defence, and launched a scathing attack on her online ‘investigation’.

Social media star Becky has named glamour model Danielle Lloyd, 36, and Real Housewives of Cheshire star Dawn Ward, 47, as part of the group with access to her rival’s private Instagram account.

But she does not suggest that either Danielle, ex-wife of Spurs star Jamie O’Hara, and Dawn, married to former footballer Ashley Ward, were behind the leaks.

She was instead claiming she has no idea who it was and hinted the leak might lie closer to home with an associate of Coleen or her husband, former Manchester United and England captain Wayne.

The mother-of-four also sent her former friend a WhatsApp message when she fell pregnant, saying ‘congratulations on your brilliant news. Hope it all goes well for you x’, it was alleged.

Why does the ruling in the case matter?

The ruling earlier this month at the High Court related to the wording in the final sentence of Coleen Rooney’s infamous Instagram post, in which she accused Rebekah Vardy of leaking ‘false stories’ about her private life to the media.

She wrote: ‘I have saved and screenshotted all the original stories which clearly show just one person has viewed them. It’s ……………. Rebekah Vardy’s account.’

Mrs Rooney claimed she simply referred to Mrs Vardy’s Instagram account rather than Mrs Vardy herself.

But the judge said an ordinary reader would not take the word ‘account’ to ‘indicate that Mrs Rooney remains in doubt about who the wrongdoer was’.

Today, the judge made an important ruling that the post ‘clearly identified’ Mrs Vardy as being ‘guilty of the serious and consistent breach of trust’.

He also disagreed with Mrs Rooney’s claim that using multiple ellipses in the final line diluted the meaning.

This means the court has no doubt as to who the accusation was made against – Mrs Vardy – which will be a consideration if the libel case goes to trial next year.

Rebekah’s lawyers insist the text as ‘obvious’ proof that Coleen knew she was having a baby when she told millions of Instagram followers in October 2019 that she believed she was leaking stories about her to The Sun.

This opened her up to ‘extreme abuse’, the legal papers say. Last month, Rebekah won the first round of their battle.

The court ruled the post ‘clearly identified’ Rebekah as being ‘guilty of the serious and consistent breach of trust’ – but minutes later Coleen hit back with a statement via her spokesman, saying she was ‘keen’ to hear what she has to say.

The ruling at the High Court related to the wording in the final sentence of the post, with the Liverpudlian claiming she simply referred to her nemesis’ Instagram account rather than the WAG herself.

But the judge said an ordinary reader would not take the word ‘account’ to ‘indicate that Coleen remains in doubt about who the wrongdoer was’. He also disagreed with her claim that using multiple ellipses in the final line diluted the meaning.

Coleen’s spokesman told MailOnline following the ruling: ‘Today’s ruling on the technical legal meaning of the post changes nothing. Coleen’s defence to this misguided action was filed last month.

‘It sets out clearly the facts of her case, which remain the same irrespective of any decision on the meaning. The key issues of the case remain the three stories from Coleen’s private Instagram account published by The Sun and Rebekah’s relationship with the newspaper, including its ‘Secret Wag’ column.

‘Coleen is pleased the judge has ordered that Rebekah must file her reply to the defence, on oath, by no later than December 8. After three years of stress and anxiety about the leaks from her private social media account, Coleen is keen to see progress made on the real issues, beginning with what Rebekah has to tell the court.’

The pair have until February 8 to reach a settlement over the disagreement, or must prepare for a five-day libel hearing next year.
