‘They’ve been spending time between coasts over the last year and had been looking for a place in L.A. as a couple.’

Noah spends much of his time in New York City, where he hosts The Daily Show after having taken over for Jon Stewart in 2015.

In 2017 he purchased an apartment in the city for $10 million.

It wasn’t until September that they were first glimpsed together, when they were seen arriving at his apartment in New York City and carrying some of her luggage up.

So far, the comedian and the actress haven’t confirmed their romance.

Kelly was previously linked to Grey’s Anatomy star Jesse Williams, but the relationship fizzled out in January 2018 amid his messy divorce from his ex-wife Aryn Drake-Lee.

Noah was last known to be in a relationship with the singer Jordyn Taylor in 2017, though it’s unclear when the two split.

The Los Angeles Times reported that the comedian’s new home purchase comes just months after he sold his previous mansion, also located in Bel-Air, for $21.7 million.

The new home for him and Kelly features an eye-catching boxy white design with copious windows for plenty of natural light and was originally designed and built by Rios for himself.

In 2017, he spoke with Architectural Digest about the mansion’s Japanese-influenced design.

In contrast to the brilliant white exterior, the home’s interior features ‘heavy, dark timbers’ that were inspired by rooms Rios had visited in Japan.

The floor have multiple sliding doors that open to the outside and the sloping back yard.

There’s also a major rooftop terrace that the upper floors open on for entertaining guests.

Partygoers can easily move from the terrace into the rooftop screening room for more entertainment.

The rooftop area also features a luxurious infinity pool to cool down in on a hot day.
