Kat Dennings reveals how Marvel Studios prevents details from leaking on Disney+ series WandaVision

Kat Dennings during a talk show appearance Monday revealed how Marvel Studios helps her from leaking information about WandaVision.

The 34-year-old actress discussed the Disney+ series on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Ellen, 63, said her show’s DJ, Stephen Boss, was a big fan of the series.

‘I love it,’ the 38-year-old DJ told Dennings.

‘It’s taking everything in me not to just ask you 1,000 questions about everything that’s going on. I know you can’t release anything, but I love it,’ Boss added.

‘You know, they [Marvel] send us a thing of what we can’t say, instead of what we can say,’ Dennings laughingly told Boss.

Dennings portrays astrophysicist Darcy Lewis on WandaVision that stars Elizabeth Olsen, 31, as Wanda Maximoff and Paul Bettany, 49, as Vision.

She explained how her character Darcy was in the first Thor film in 2011 and its sequel Thor: The Dark World in 2013 and how it’s been about eight years since her character has been ‘in any Marvel excitement’.

Dennings also promised that all questions are ‘going to be answered’ in the series.

The Pennsylvania native is known for starring as Max Black in the CBS sitcom 2 Broke Girls from 2011 to 2017.

Her film credits include: The 40-Year-Old Virgin (2005), Big Momma’s House 2 (2006), Charlie Bartlett (2007), The House Bunny (2008), Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist (2008), Defendor (2009), and Suburban Gothic (2014).

Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe were pleasantly surprised when former intern Darcy showed up on episode four of WandaVision hardly changed, yet older and more confident after obtaining her doctorate in astrophysics.

Darcy was sucked into the anomaly that she coined the ‘Hex’ at the end of the last episode.

WandaVision premiered on January 15 on Disney+ and its nine-episode season will conclude on March 5.
