Model Kris Smith tries to work out but is ‘distracted’ by his adorable daughters Mila, two, and Frankie, one, during their family holiday
Kris Smith is currently enjoying a road trip with his fiancée Sarah Boulazeris and their daughters Mila, two, and Frankie, one, in New South Wales.
But that hasn’t stopped the 41-year-old from working out on the deck of their holiday home at the town of Bangalow, near Byron Bay.
On Thursday, the model shared a video of himself, filmed by Sarah, as he sat on the floor and did resistance band rows.

His daughters were seen playing around him and using the other bands, while his eldest – Mila, two – pretended to do squats.
The Manchester-born heartthrob then moved on to doing push-ups but was stopped by his youngest girl – Frankie, one – who he gave a kiss on the cheek to.
The doting dad wrote in the caption: ‘My beautiful distractions,’ along with a red heart emoji.

It comes after he shared a series of photos on Instagram from the holiday home in the countryside, on Wednesday.
One picture showed him beaming on the couch with his little girls sitting beside him as they ate their food.
The other images in the collection showed Mila and Frankie around the accommodation, and exploring the grounds with their mother.

He wrote in the caption: ‘I’ve honestly never ever seen my children so happy. Australia you really have it all you sexy beast.’
Kris popped the question to Sarah back in December after three years together.
They welcomed their first daughter Mila in 2018, followed by Frankie in 2019.

In addition to his young daughters, Kris is also father to a 10-year-old son, named Ethan, who he shares with former partner Dannii Minogue, who he dated from 2008 to 2012.
Back in August, Kris hit back at a follower who asked about the whereabouts of Ethan after he shared a family photo of Mila with a then-pregnant Sarah.
The follower commented: ‘Where is your son? We never see him.’
‘And you never will on here,’ Kris swiftly responded.
