Married At First Sight star Jake Edwards boasts several celebrity friends thanks to his charity organisation Outside the Locker Room.
And the 32-year-old sent tongues wagging when he was spotted spending time with a famous athlete who bears a striking resemblance to his ‘wife’ Beck Zemek.
He enjoyed the company of tennis pro Tammi Patterson, 31, in Melbourne in January, after filming his appearance on MAFS but before the cast reunion.

A friend of Jake’s said the pair had been ‘close for a while’ and were ‘only too happy to catch up’ and discuss his experience on the Channel Nine dating show.
Tammi kept mum when contacted for comment about their relationship, but did confirm she was ‘friends’ with the former Aussie Rules player.
Jake had shared the footage of the duo playing tennis on his private Instagram account in January. He was not wearing his wedding ring.

In the footage, the athlete challenged Jake to a game of tennis.
‘Okay, so I’ve accepted a challenge, not just anyone, just from a professional tennis player,’ he cheerfully said.
‘You’ve played [in the] Australian Open?’ Jake then asked Tammi, to which she replied: ‘A couple of years ago, back in my prime.’
‘Alright this is going to be fun, wish me luck!’ he added, smiling for the camera.

In another video uploaded after their game, Jake explained: ‘I thought I killed it, but it turns out I’m not the best at tennis, but I’m alright.’
The pair were then shown laughing at Jake’s embarrassing score, before Tammi assured him: ‘You can actually play.’
Jake jokingly responded: ‘Australian Open 2022, I’m coming.’
