Breaking news! Nine reporter Laura Turner announces she’s expecting her third child with husband Daniel McPherson
Channel Nine reporter Laura Turner has announced she is expecting her third child with her husband, Nine News chief cameraman Daniel McPherson.
The journalist, who already shares twin girls with Daniel, revealed the happy news on Instagram on Wednesday.
For the announcement, she created a video in the style of a breaking-news bulletin, and was assisted by veteran reporter Peter Hitchener.

‘Hello, wonderful news. An addition coming soon to the Channel Nine News family,’ Peter, 75, said while standing in front of the famous Nine logo.
‘Laura and Dan are having another baby… in the meantime, warmest congratulations to Laura and Dan on the wonderful news.’
Laura then shared the news with her two-year-old twin daughters, Isabel and Matilda.

‘Can I see the baby?’ one of her girls asked.
‘There’s a baby in mummy’s tummy. Isn’t that so exciting?’ Laura replied.
She captioned her announcement on Instagram: ‘Three is the magic number.’

In November 2018, Laura welcomed her twins via an emergency C-section.
