Wild moment two drivers brawl in the street in violent road rage fight – swinging punches as a woman desperately tries to split them up

  • Footage shows two male drivers in a wild brawl trading blows with each other
  • A woman trying to stop it is shrugged off by one man as another is on the ground
  • A second clip seems to show the fight continuing after the woman has driven off

Footage of a spectacular road rage brawl has been revealed as two furious drivers punch each other in the middle of a suburban Sydney street while traffic drives past.

The two drivers can be seen swinging wild haymakers at each other by the corner of Isis and Polding Streets in Smithfield.

Their cars are left abandoned with their lights on and doors open as a woman tries to intervene and break up the fight.

Although the fight seems almost over at that point with one of the drivers on the ground, the dashcam footage suddenly switches to another angle.

Now both drivers are back on their feet but the other driver has taken off his jacket and the cars are nowhere to be seen, suggesting the brawl has gone into extra time.

Viewers have speculated the woman may have taken one of the cars and driven off to leave the men to it.

Nine News said neither police nor ambulance services were called to the scene over the incident.
