  • A desperate search is underway to find a missing 11-year-old Queensland boy
  • He was last seen at 4.30pm on Sunday when he left his Browns Plains home 
  • Police and his family hold concerns for his welfare because of his young age 

A desperate search is underway to find a Queensland boy who vanished after leaving home to go to a nearby skate park on Sunday. 

There are growing fears for the 11-year-old who was reported missing last night, from Browns Plains.

The young boy was last seen at 4.30pm on Sunday July 4, when he left a Halfmoon St address to go to the local skate park.

He did not return home.

The boy’s family and police hold concerns for his safety due to his age.

He is described as is Caucasian, about 135cm tall with red hair.

He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, black board shorts, black shoes and had a multi-coloured scooter.

Anyone with information regarding his current whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately.
