At one point it appeared as though she was on the verge of losing her balance but she jumped off the rope instead of letting herself fall.

For her latest social media update showed off her toned sporty figure in a bikini with a summery floral wrap skirt tied around her waist.

Lindsey wore her platinum blonde hair down as she headed across the rope – which was tied safely low to the ground between two trees.

Whilst on her holidays she also posted a brief clip from her podcast appearance on Lewis Howes’ show School Of Greatness.

‘What are you doing to stay mentally strong post-career?’ asked Lewis whose guests on the show have included names like Sadhguru and Tony Robbins.

‘I started working with a new psychologist, which was really good,’ Lindsey revealed on the show. ‘He kinda focused on more like athletes and he kinda also had a different technique of like proessing things. It’s called brainspotting.’

She explained: ‘Basically you sit there and you really focus on the thing that really makes you emotional, whatever that is – like retirement or you know, whatever – And your brain has to actually like process it to be able to like unload it.’

Lindsey argued: ‘Otherwise it’s just gonna sit there, ’cause the more you like, you don’t address it, the more it becomes a problem.’

The process of ‘brainspotting’ she says involves ‘visualizing what happened, how you feel. And like the more you think about it, it’s weird. I start, you know, with something that’s emotional and it’s very triggering. And then by the end it becomes less triggering and less triggering and then by the end it’s like, okay.’

At the end of last year it emerged that she and hockey heartthrob P.K. Subban had ended their more than yearlong engagement and three-year romance.

She was previously married to fellow skier Thomas Vonn for four years and after her divorce she dated Tiger Woods from 2013 to 2015.

During an appearance on the podcast What I’ve Learned, with Arianna Huffington she said the divorce ‘reinvigorated’ her professionally.

‘That was the first time after I was divorced that I really felt like I was doing things a hundred percent on my own,’ she said.

The Minnesota-born sportswoman added: ‘I was able to channel all of my emotions into ski racing and it worked out well.’

P.K. and Lindsey had only warm words for one another in December when they popped over to Instagram to reveal their relationship was over.

‘Lindsey is one of the most kind and caring people I know. I will always treasure our time as a couple together and the many laughs we shared,’ he wrote.

Meanwhile she gushed: ‘Over the past 3 years PK and I have had some incredible times together. He is a kind, good man, and someone I respect a great deal.’
