Four NYPD officers and two civilians have been hospitalized after a police-involved shooting in Brooklyn on Thursday night. 

An FDNY spokesperson told PIX 11 that the officers and two civilians were transported by Emergency Medical Squad personnel to local hospitals, and one officer was injured. It’s not clear whether the two civilians were directly involved in the shooting.

The spokesman did not provide PIX 11 with any information about the patients’ conditions or the types of injuries they sustained.
