‘Who brings a lizard on a reality show?’ Beauty and the Geek fans stunned by Eliza Sowada-Smith’s VERY unusual pet – which she lets loose in the house
On Sunday’s premiere episode of Beauty and the Geek, Eliza Sowada-Smith revealed her very unusual pet.
The beauties were able to take a special personal item to the house the girls all share, and the 21-year-old receptionist opted to take her lizard, Beetle.
The animal soon got cosy and was able to run loose on a couch and bed, with the shocked beauties soon being won over.

Kiera Johnstone, 23, was particularly fond of the lizard, stroking it gently as she lay alongside it on the bed.
Eliza explained: ‘My lizard is three years old. And his name’s Beetle. He’s a bearded dragon.
‘He is loving it sick. If he’s anything like his mum, he probably wants to sit in the sun and tan.’

However, viewers at home were stunned that Eliza chose to take an animal with her to appear on a dating show.
