Former Channel Seven presenter Andrew O’Keefe has offloaded his property in Sydney’s North Bondi for more than $6million – after just six days on the market.
The 49-year-old, who previously hosted popular game show The Chase before being replaced by Larry Emdur, sold his house to a New York-based buyer for $1.5million above its original price guide of $4.5million, reports realestate.com.au.
O’Keefe previously lived in the two-storey family home with his ex-wife, Eleanor, and their three children, Barnaby, Rory and Olivia.

The property only hit the market last Thursday and offers had already reached $5.5million by Saturday.
The buyer is reportedly a New York resident in his late thirties whose Sydney-based parents handled the sale on his behalf.
The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home features a double garage, and was designed by the award-winning architect Sam Marshall.
There are multiple living areas, along with front and back gardens, and a second-level parents’ retreat, which is accessed by a suspended staircase.

O’Keefe and his ex-wife bought the property for $1.89million in 2007 and renovated it, adding a second storey.
The couple separated in 2017, before finalising their divorce two years later in 2019.

O’Keefe had domestic violence charges against him dismissed on mental health grounds last month.
He had been arrested in January after an altercation with his partner Orly Lavee.
According to The Sydney Morning Herald, he was deemed to be in a ‘hypomanic bipolar state’ when he spat at, slapped and kicked Lavee at their Randwick home.
