The $37 million Kardashian kompound set to be the future home of Khloe Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner is well on its way to completion.
New images show the two mega mansions begin constructed side by side in the exclusive gated community of Hidden Hills, surrounded by workers who are continuing their diligent work on the properties.
The photos show the progress that has been made since the houses were last pictured, with fully grown transplanted trees and shrubbery planted and a newly constructed driveway linking the mansions to the streets.

Both built in the popular modern farmhouse style and each sprawling over 10,000 sq ft, the massive homes are mere feet from one another, ensuring the women will be able to visit one another at their leisure.
Solar panels were already placed on Kris’ rooftop, with the home formed for a dark grey brickwork.
While both of the women are in the midst of having their own pools built, only Khloe’s appeared to have her own pool house, with her garden also appearing to boast a massive fully-grown tree.

One of the properties spans 16,500 sq ft with eight bedrooms, according to Variety who first reported the building plans in October, with the home also boasting an eight-car garage, a guesthouse, movie theater and gym.
While plenty of progress has been made on the homes, the women obviously won’t be moving into them anytime soon.
According to The Dirt, Khloe’s new property cost her $17 million while Kris – who has the larger home – paid $20 million for a combined total of $37million.

Despite the exorbitant amount, the real estate purchases aren’t the most expensive Hidden Hills prices on record as a property sold for $22.3million in June 2019.
However, the Kardashian-Jenner purchases still rank high among the priciest ever sold in the entire Valley, according to The Dirt.
Originally the land was owned by construction magnate Ron Tutor – father of Million Dollar Listing star Tracy Tutor – and included a home of 20,000 sq ft.
That home was once leased to Britney Spears before it was sold in 2012 for $7 million to a local developer who razed the house.

After that, the land was left vacant for years before being passed to its current developer.
Khloe offloaded her Calabasas mansion in November 2020, selling it for $15.5 million.
Meanwhile Kris sold her Hidden Hills home, situated just across the street from daughter Kim’s home, in April 2020 for $15 million in an off-market deal.
The buyer was the younger daughter of cosmetics guru Peter Harf, the current chairman and CEO of beauty empire Coty, Inc. Coty is the company that bought Kylie’s cosmetics company for $600 million cash in 2019.
Kris still owns a property in Hidden Hills, the Mediterranean style home that was made famous on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and is where her son Rob Kardashian now resides with his daughter Dream.
