Which home on Zoopla would you choose in the £1million property battle?

The £1m property battle! Would you choose this city pied-à-terre or a Grade II listed six-bed detached family home?

  • We take a look at two £1m properties and ask which one do you prefer?
  • One is a London flat and the other is family home in a Nottinghamshire village
  • The London flat has a £7k service charge, while the family home has half an acre

If you had £1million to spend and it could only go on one of these two properties, which one would you choose?

That is the question we are asking in our latest property battle series. We pick two very different homes with contrasting specifications, including size and location but with similar price tags.

This week, we have a one-bedroom flat in London with a £7,000 a year service charge which is ‘handy for Harrods’ versus a Georgian family home in a Nottinghamshire village that comes with half an acre of garden.

Which of the two homes for sale, listed on property website Zoopla, would you choose?
