Erin McNaught reveals the secret to her sensational physique as she shares her one-minute circuit routine


Erin McNaught is certainly no stranger to sharing her workouts. 

And the 39-year-old was back at it on Wednesday as she filmed herself doing a gym circuit on Instagram. 

Erin started by doing a number of punishing star jumps with hand weights telling fans it should be done in one minute.

The model went on to use ropes, before jumping into burpees. 

Finally, Erin pushed along a weighted sleigh to finish off the circuit. 

‘[Three] rounds of this 1min circuit at the end of my strength sesh today. Gross,’ she captioned the workout clip.

‘The rest of the day was a total write-off obvs [obviously]. Thanks again for making me question my life choices.’

Erin spoke about maintaining her figure in an interview with Body and Soul earlier this month, saying she likes to fit in regular runs. 

‘I find trail running is so good for my mind and a great form of exercise to help support my overall health,’ she told the paper. 

‘It’s great to be out in nature and getting the vitamin D rays is important, too,’ the model added.

Another big priority in her life is simply getting enough sleep, and eating well.   

‘I’ve learnt that regular exercise, healthy eating and getting lots of sleep are key to my overall health,’ she said. 

‘I’m a big fan of setting up a proper sleep routine that includes trying to stick to a regular bedtime as well as limiting screen time before bed’. 

The beauty added that her sleep space is a social media-free zone, revealing: ‘We also have a rule of no phones in the bedroom’.
