The 38-year-old has undergone a massive lifestyle change after keeping a low profile in recent years.

The multi-talented artist previously admitted that after the release of one of the films he directed – Ill Manors in 2012, he felt “alienated” and withdrew from the music scene to spend more time with his family.

Speaking about his feelings at the time, Ben told The Sun: ‘I felt spiritually lost at the end of Ill Manors.

‘I hadn’t seen my family, really, since 2009. Certain friendships were just completely dissolving.

‘I’d always felt like I was fighting to be taken seriously, fighting for recognition, and suddenly I had it all, and I thought, ‘S***, I’ve got nothing to fight for.'”

The Londoner is no stranger to criticising himself, as he previously gave a harsh opinion of his old look in a 2017 interview with the Guardian.

He said: ‘You see pictures of me at the Ivor Novello awards, I mean, f***ing hell, I looked ill.

‘I was so overweight, and to deal with the workload, I was getting through a bottle of JD a night. Then you fancy a bag of crisps, or a bit of ice cream – and it wasn’t a problem before, but it is now, because of all the calories you’re putting in yourself with the drink.’
