She wrote: ‘This is nice isn’t it…. My is hospital as I ate a tiny bit of chocolate with nuts in it [laughing emoji] nut allergy sufferers I stand with you.
‘Can we just zoom into the left ear, it’s swelled so it looks like a cauliflower ear [laughing emoji].’
