The rooftop entertaining area features a built-in BBQ, wood fire pizza oven and bar, as well as a spa.
Tobi is believed to have spent $5.23million purchasing the lavish property.

Meanwhile, the genetically blessed pair went ‘Instagram official’ just last week.
Tobi shared a gallery of loved-up photos of the couple and told his 158,000 followers he’d found ‘happiness’ with Rachel.
‘Happiness. I’m glad I stumbled upon you @RacheljDillon,’ he wrote.
Rachel also shared a series of snaps on her Instagram, and wrote: ‘Happy. P.S. I hope you never stop asking me to slow dance in random places.’

While it’s unclear how long they have been dating, this is believed to be Tobi’s first relationship since his split from Kayla Itsines, 30, in August 2020.
The former couple co-founded the Bikini Body Training Company, later renamed Sweat, after meeting in late 2012.
They were named joint fifth on the Australian Financial Review’s Young Rich List for 2018, making them the wealthiest self-made twentysomethings in Australia.
That year, Forbes estimated the then-couple’s shared net worth to be $696million.

At the time of their separation, Kayla said in a statement she and Tobi would remain friends and business partners.
‘After eight years together, Tobi and I have come to the difficult decision to separate as a couple. We will always be family, and remain good friends and devoted parents to [daughter] Arna,’ she said.
‘We have grown up together in Adelaide, sharing a lifetime of experiences and special memories from moving into our first apartment and starting SWEAT from our lounge room to becoming parents to our beautiful daughter.
‘Our friendship remains strong as we parent Arna together and run SWEAT as business partners. Thank you for your support and kindness during this time.’
Kayla has since moved on with new boyfriend Jae Woodroffe.
