Kayla Itsines confirmed her relationship with Jae Woodruffe on Friday via Instagram.
And on that same day, the fitness influencer celebrated the news by going out on a lunch date at Sublime café in Adelaide with her new love.
The couple were spotted conversing and eating at the local establishment as Kayla, 30, wore a very unique pair of custom socks.

Her socks featured the word ‘Jayla’ on the sides which is a combination of Jae and Kayla’s first names.
The entrepreneur completed her toned look with a pair of bike shorts, white runners, a grey bikini top and a matching jumper that was tied around her waist.
Jae sported a simple white T-shirt and black shorts.

The mother-of-one then left her new beau and proceeded back home, showing off her fit body as she walked down the road.

The fitness queen said Jae had been her best friend for years before their friendship blossomed into a romance following her breakup with Toby, and she was extremely happy.
‘Meet Jae, everyone! ❤️ My best friend for years and now, partner,’ she wrote.

Kayla and Jae have been together for a few months now and have been travelling around Australia in recent weeks.

Kayla and her her ex fiancé and business partner, Tobi Pearce launched Sweat – formerly known as Bikini Body Guides – in 2015 as an e-book.
The company grew into an app-based online community with more than 50 million users worldwide.
The pair ended their engagement in 2020, but continue to work together.
Kayla went on to briefly date a man named Mitch before starting a relationship with Jae – who is the ex-boyfriend of one of her friends – last year.
