Chelsea have registered an interest in signing the winger. However, he will most likely remain at Leeds in January.

Therefore, Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel will look to sign Raphinha in the summer transfer window instead – according to transfer expert Gianluigi Longari.

However, Chelsea will face stiff competition to sign the winger as West Ham are also said to be plotting a move.

David Moyes is said to have made Raphinha a ‘priority signing’ and is trying to secure a deal after being given the backing of co-owner David Sulliv.

Nevertheless, the winger is under contract at Bielsa’s side until 2024 and could extend his contract.

Leeds are keen to tie Raphinha down to a new deal and would be willing to offer him a pay-rise in order to do so.

Raphinha is currently away on international duty with Brazil and started for them during Thursday’s 1-1 draw with Ecuador.
