Amanda Holden looks chic in a sweeping patterned dress and brown winter coat as she makes a stylish departure from Heart Radio

Amanda Holden ensured she caught the eye as she made her latest exit from Heart Radio on Wednesday afternoon.

The presenter, 50, looked typically stylish in a sweeping patterned dress and tan leather boots after finishing work on her daily breakfast show.

She added to her look with a chic brown winter coat, while a smart leather handbag and heavily tinted sunglasses rounded things off.

Amanda’s latest appearance comes after she paid tribute to son Theo on what would have been his 11th birthday.

She acknowledged the date with an Instagram post on Tuesday showing an inking of his footprints alongside the caption: ‘You would have been 11 today. I’m still grateful you chose us for your journey.’

Theo was tragically stillborn at seven months in 2011, and Amanda has previously spoken out about her experience in a bid to help other parents who may be struggling.

Speaking on her Heart Breakfast radio show last year to mark Nurses Day, she reflected on what it was like to lose her child while acknowledging the medical professionals who helped care for her.

She said: ‘I personally would love to thank the nurses. I know I talk about this a lot. And I never know whether I talk too much about it.

‘But obviously, when we lost our son Theo to a still birth the hospital where I was looked after was unbelievable.

‘Jacki Nash got me through so much, Pippa Nightingale and Natalie Carter.’

She continued: ‘And when I came out of a coma there was a nurse – who I never knew the name of – who brushed my tangled, matted hair from spending so much time lying down – who fed me, washed me and put me in a dressing gown so that when my family came to see me they wouldn’t be scared of me looking like Stig Of The Dump.

‘So whoever that was iI don’t know who u are I will be forever grateful.’
