Selma Blair and Ron Carlson have appeared to be going strong since rekindling their romance in January 2020, after two years apart.
And on Thursday the couple decided to head out on lunch date to a restaurant they often frequent, Mauro’s Cafe, in West Hollywood.
Having extended her immediate circle with the addition of her service dog, Scout, Blair decided it was the perfect day to make it a family occasion so she brought her son Arthur, and Carlson had his daughter, Chloe, by his side.

The Cruel Intentions star, 49, kept it casual-cool in the fashion department in black, high-water pants and a tan, two-tone letterman jacket over a white sweatshirt.
She also donned a pair of stylish white shoes, and had her short platinum locks styled off her face with a part on the left.
Moments after arriving at the restaurant, Blair couldn’t resists squeezing her boy with a loving hug that was captured on camera.

Arthur, 10, whose father is fashion designer Jason Bleick, happened to be standing on his kick scooter when his mother showered him with her two-armed affection.
He looked like most kids his age, dressed in a green Polo-style shirt with black shorts and black-patterned sneakers.
Considering his mother’s journey to recovery following her multiple sclerosis diagnosis in 2018, and subsequent chemotherapy treatments the following year, Arthur wore a protective mask while out near people in public.

Carlson, a Daytime Emmy-nominated producer, also went with a safety first mentality by wearing a face mask, along with blue jeans, a gray jacket and tan sneakers.
His 11-year-old daughter, Chloe, was close by his side in a plaid skirt, track suit jacket and white sneakers when they made they made the short walk from their parked car to the restaurant entrance.
At one point, while Blair walked with Scout, she appeared to acknowledge well-wishers who complimented her and her new four-legged family member.
‘Scout helps me with some personal stumbling blocks and aids in my mobility.’ she revealed in an Instagram post where she introduced the pooch to her 2.7 million fans and followers.

She went on to urge people not to approach them if you see her on the street because they are ‘working’ as a team to help build up her ‘stamina and coordination.’
The Legally Blonde promises to give updates on their progress over the coming days, weeks and months on the social media platform.
Blair and Carlson 2.0 celebrated two years as a couple last month. They had previously dated from July 2017 until about January 2018, which was about seven months before her multiple sclerosis diagnosis.
