Hours before her sister Lucy had issued a desperate plea for her sister to come home, saying: ‘Please come home, our mum is worried sick and worried about the worst possible things.

‘The worry and stress is making her ill. We have no idea what to do next.’

Recalling the evening her sister went missing, Lucy said: ‘She went in and asked my mum if she could go to her friend’s. She went and my mum text her but it didn’t even send.

‘This has happened before and police told us if it gets to 8pm then we need to call them and report her missing.

‘The friend’s mum has been great and she’s spoken to my mum and said she never went there. We’re worried sick.’

Lucy said her family are not sure why she keeps running away as everything is fine at home and there were no arguments or disagreements before she left.
