Rock legend Jon Bon Jovi is selling his four-bedroom luxurious condo in the swanky Greenwich Village neighborhood of Manhattan for $22 million.
The New Jersey native purchased the unit at the Greenwich Lane condominium on 155 West 11th Street in 2017 for $18.4million.
The posh apartment has four bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms, according to the listing on Compass.
The 3,951-square-foot condo has stunning views of Lower Manhattan and the Hudson River thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. The condo also comes with a private elevator and private garden.
