Rock legend Jon Bon Jovi has sold his four-bedroom luxurious condo in the swanky Greenwich Village neighborhood of Manhattan for the asking price of $22 million.
The New Jersey native is looking at a profit of more than $3 million, according to The Robb Report on Wednesday. The rocker first purchased the unit inside Greenwich Lane condominiums on 155 West 11th Street in 2017 for $18.4 million.
The 59-year-old’s pad also boasts a private vestibule, a 40-foot living room (pictured), a Juliette balcony overlooking the city bustle and a spacious eat-in kitchen fully equipped with appliances.
The posh apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows, four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz owns a penthouse in the building, which he purchased in 2017 for just over $40 million. Actor Michael C. Hall also owns an apartment that he bought in 2016 for just $4.3 million.
The already spacious condo has an open-space concept and neutral colors that add to its simplicity and luxury. The apartment, built in 2013, includes access to The Greenwich Lanes’ fitness center, 75-foot swimming pool, whirlpool, steam rooms and golf simulator.
The condo also has a terrace with a Juliette balcony overlooking the city bustle with stunning views of Lower Manhattan and the Hudson River.
