Arsenal fans were left stunned after Watford’s Cucho Hernandez scored ‘one of the goals of the season’ against them on Sunday.

After Martin Odegaard had opened the scoring for the Gunners at Vicarage Road, the Colombian equalised just six minutes later with a sensational bicycle kick.

As Kiko Femenia’s cross came in, Cucho peeled away from his marker and connected with the ball brilliantly to send it past Aaron Ramsdale.

Gary Lineker was among those who took to Twitter to praise the 22-year-old’s goal.

‘Can’t do anything but applaud that goal by Cucho Hernández’, one supporter said.
