MAFS: KC Osborne debuts new romance with Sydney jockey Blake Spriggs

Former Married At First Sight bride KC Osborne has a new boyfriend. 

The dancer-turned-reality star announced her relationship with Sydney jockey Blake Spriggs on Instagram over the weekend.

‘I finally decided I had to make a change in the types of guys I was dating,’ she said. 

‘The “bad boys” and “party boys” took its toll on me and I decided I deserved someone who loves the way I love,’ she added.  

‘Finally after a couple of reality shows, and a few wrong turns, I found my perfect person when I least expected it.’ 

KC said Blake brings out the best in her, adding that she feels secure and so loved. 

‘You’re my best friend and you always know how to make me laugh with your witty sense of humour,’ she wrote.

‘Thanks for showing me what real love is!’ 

KC used to be in a relationship with her MAFS co-star Michael Goonan, but he was exactly the sort of ‘bad boy’ that wasn’t good for her. 

The pair called it quits on their relationship in May 2020, after dating for five months.

Following their break-up, KC revealed Michael had failed to make good on his promise of changing his wild lifestyle.

‘He sold me that dream of, “I would stop my playboy ways to have a girl like you, you’re such a good girl,”‘ she said. 

She said he’d promised to settle down and start a family, which she desired and was her reason for applying for MAFS in the first place.

KC said his commitment seemed ‘so full-on’ at the time that she couldn’t help but believe him, but it ended up being too good to be true.

After splitting with Michael, she briefly dated another MAFS alum, Jason Engler.
