The shack is a simple corrugated hut but overlooks the sandy beach in the village of Abersoch, North Wales – which has been dubbed ‘Cheshire by the Sea’ by locals due to the rise of second homeowning.

Celebrities such as Coleen Rooney and Bear Grylls have been spotted at the seaside resort on the Llyn Peninsula, which is a popular staycation spot.

The hut, which measures just 18ft by 12ft, is on the market for £185,000 which is the same price as homes in nearby villages.

Average house prices in Gwynedd are around £240,000 but there are many properties in the area currently on the market for less than £185,000.
