Australian cricket star Pat Cummins and his interior designer fiancée Becky Boston recently purchased a lavish Sydney home in Bronte for $9.5 million.
According to The Daily Telegraph, Pat has already put his redundant Clovelly apartment on the market.
The 27-year-old sportsman has listed the three-bedroom apartment on a price guide of $3.1 million.

Last week, sources confirmed to realestate.com.au that the vice-captain of the Australia national team, 27, and his glamorous partner, 30, splashed out for a beautifully revived Victorian manor home in Bronte.
