‘Ok. So I’ve been thinking about it and maybe I don’t have to renovate,’ Larry said, showing the inside of the home.
‘I got a roof over my head, I’ve got a beautiful kitchen, I got some whole peeled tomatoes,’ he added, clearly sarcastic.
‘I can cook on that thing, it’s air conditioned which is great, there’s a comfortable bed and the very latest TV to watch The Morning Show.’
Larry was clearly joking with the place falling apart and needing a lot of work in order to get it up to scratch.

Larry and Sylvie have assembled quite an impressive property portfolio across New South Wales.
They bought an architecturally designed weekender, also in Berowra Waters, in 2019 for $1.1million.
The riverfront property includes a home with 5 metre-high ceilings and an almost entirely glass wall facing the river.
